Q How do I place an order?

  A Place your order: Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘’Buy Now’’. 


Complete the order form: Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking ‘’Place Order’’, please check your order details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ‘’Add a new Address’’. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘’Edit this address’’. Payment: After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the payment page. There you have to choose your payment method/ your online mode of payment.    

Q How are the deliveries scheduled?

 All deliveries are scheduled through Indian Post. You will be informed your            consignment and will also be provided a tracking number. 

Q I placed an order. Can I change the payment method?

  A Sorry, once you place the order we cannot change the payment method. In such cases you have to place a new order with another payment method.

Q I placed an order. Can I add an Item to the same order?

  A  Sorry, once you place an order we cannot add another item to the same order. In such a case you can place a new order.

Q Can I place multiple items in one order?

  A Yes, you can place multiple items in one order. 

Q I placed an order. Can I cancel it?

 A Yes, you can cancel your order, if your order has not yet processed. Once your order is processed you cannot do anything.

Q.How do I pay for an item purchased?

  • a) Click pay now
  • b) Check your delivery information….

  • e) Select a payment method
  • f) Confirm your payment

Q.I have placed my order. What next?

  • You can sit back and relax. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will share the order id and tracking details via. E-mail/SMS. You can then track order, on ‘’My Orders’’.

Q.When will my order be processed?

  • If you have already made the payment, your order will be processed soon.

Q.What exactly happens after ordering?

  • After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via. E-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our warehouse on the same day, or, at the latest, the following working day.

Q. Whom should I contact if I have any Queries?

Q. Why have I not received my orders yet?

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. Visit the ‘’My Orders’’ page in your account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

Q.If the order is not materialised even after 15 days, what should I do?

  • Please inform us at once. We will work with the post office to have the order delivered to you at the earliest.

Q.If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?

  • We take utmost care to ensure customers satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong product please raise a re-placement request on truewaykart.com or get in touch with us. You will also have the option to choose refund for the product.

Q.What to do if the product is damaged?

  • You can return the product in whole within 24hrs. from the date of the receipt of the product. We will send re-placement as and when consignment is received back at own cost.
  • You must keep all the boxes and packing materials safely. When you call us you will need the tracking number of your box, a description of the damage and its value.

Q.How do I empty out my shopping cart?

  • To empty your shopping cart, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on ‘’REMOVE FROM CART’’. This will allow you to remove any unwanted items from your shopping cart before proceeding with your entry.

Q.Can I use my bank’s Internet Banking feature to make a payment?

  • Yes, Truewaykart offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking Service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

Q.What are the delivery charges?

  • We offer you lowest shipping charges for your order and there is no individual product shipping charges. You need to pay only Rs.45/- as delivery charges for your order

Q.How do I pay using a Debit/ Credit card?

  • Debit Cards: We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Debit Cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro Cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro Cards). You will then be re-directed to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.


  • Credit Cards: We accept payment made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the back side of your card). After entering these details, you will be re-directed to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password.

Q.What is a 3D secure password?

  • The 3D secure password is implemented by Visa and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the ‘’Verified by Visa’’ and ‘’MasterCard Secure Code’’ Services, respectively. The 3D secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online debit/credit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchase.
